  1. Our catalog contains non-inventory items which are sent to us by our local partners & suppliers, upon the completion of your purchase. In the event that we are unable to supply your demand in a timely manner, and you've already made the payment, your funds may be:
    i) Applied to your store credit
    ii) Lodged to your bank account.
    iii) Sent to you in the form of a cheque.
    You will be notified and will have the option of taking another-similar item. In the event that the replacement item costs less, you will have the same options with regards to the reimbursement of funds. In the event that the replacement item costs more, upon your confirmation, it will be sent to you and you will be expected to pay the balance of the funds to our courier. 
  2. In the event that you are looking for an item that's not in our catalog, you may request a quotation at sales@techshopja.com. You may also use the same email address request a quotation for one or more of our services.
  3. Product sales and services are limited to Jamaica. Design & Development services are offered anywhere across the world. International payments are processed through PayPal.
  4. Techshopja.com cannot guarantee that all the information regarding specifications, conditions and things of that nature, are 100% accurate. Specifications are often extracted directly from the manufacturer's website or other online entities; and product conditions shown on the website, are set based on information relayed to us by our suppliers and/or partners. Should in case products are received in a condition contrary to what's stated on the website, or the specifications of said products differ from what is stated on the website; Techshopja.com cannot be held liable; and will not accept liability. (In the unlikely event this happens, we will however, assist in seeking the best approach to rectify the situation.) 
  5. If after three days an order is not paid for, it will be cancelled. In the event that after cancellation you wish to continue with the order, you may contact us via email and/or phone to alert us of this. Upon communication of this, your order will be reactivated, at which point you will have another two days [grace period] to pay for the order. If the order is not paid for during the grace period, it will be deleted.
  6. Yellow tag items on Techshopja.com, are usually cheaper than the item's shelf price at Royale Computers. However, there are the very few occasions where Royale Computers will have a price drop without updating us. If you go to Royale Computers to make a payment on a yellow tag item, and it turns out their shelf price is cheaper; Techshopja.com cannot be held liable for this occurrence. We will however attempt to workout a suitable price for you.
