Return Policies
You may return some undamaged items purchased at Techshopja.com within 30 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return delivery costs only if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason: i) you are responsible for the return delivery costs ii) you will be charged a restocking fee of twenty-five percent (25%) iii) you will not be refunded the initial delivery fee.
No item with the warranty seal broken, or having any physical damage (inclding burns) may be returned; and no returned merchandise will be accepted without an original receipt and in original packaging; complete with all manuals and accessories.
Defective items will be checked and are subject to approval for return. In the event that the item can be repaired, it will be repaired; if not, it will be replaced.
In the event that you are to return an item that is not defective, or that was not received in error, the item will be subject to approval for return; and you will be issued store credit only upon our receipt of the returned item. In the event that you are to be refunded, you will have the choice of: i) having the funds lodged to an account which you will specify ii) having a cheque delivered to the address on your account iii) receiving store credit.
The following items may not be returned without them being defective or them having been an error on our part: some Canon printers & scanners, keyboards, mice, mobile phones, LCD & plasma TV's, home theatres, stereos/boomboxes, dvd players, inks & toners, software and game cd's.
For authorized returns, we will have our couriers pickup the merchandise from the address it was delivered to.
