To Place an order:
- Log on to http://www.techshopja.com.
- Create an account upon first visit. Upon other visits, simply sign in. (This isn't absolutely necessary, as you may checkout as a guest)
- Browse or search products & product categories.
- Add desired products to shopping cart.
- Upon completion, proceed to ‘checkout’.
- Select delivery and payment methods. (Payment method selected here will determine what direction needs to be taken in step 8).
- Confirm your order, delivery address and total.
- (i) Print invoice (sent via email) and pay total at any Paymaster location island-wide.
(ii) Deposit funds to any of the company’s accounts. (Details given during checkout and on invoice). (iii) Make payment via Paytext.
- Await delivery. (Items are usually in transit within 24 hours.)

To return merchandise:
- Log on to http://www.techshopja.com.
- 'Sign in' to your account.
- On the 'My Account' page, select 'Completed Orders'.
- Press the 'Return Item(s)' button.
- Select the quantity of each item you would like to return.
- Choose a reason, return action and add comments if necessary.
- Click 'Submit Return Request'.
- Await pickup & re-delivery of item(s)
