HOW IT WORKS

To Place an order:

  1. Log on to http://www.techshopja.com.
  2. Create an account upon first visit. Upon other visits, simply sign in. (This isn't absolutely necessary, as you may checkout as a guest)
  3. Browse or search products & product categories.
  4. Add desired products to shopping cart.
  5. Upon completion, proceed to ‘checkout’. 
  6. Select delivery and payment methods. (Payment method selected here will determine what direction needs to be taken in step 8).
  7. Confirm your order, delivery address and total.
  8. Dependent on which payment method was selected, either:
    (i) Login to your VCard account and make payment as per the payment request (which will be) sent to your email.
    (ii) Print invoice (sent via email) and pay total at any Paymaster location island-wide.
    (ii) Deposit funds to any of the company’s accounts. (Details given after confirmation of order and on invoice).
    (iii) Make payment at and collect product(s) at Royale Computers, Half Way Tree (Valid for YELLOW TAG items ONLY).
  9. Await delivery. (Items are usually in transit within 24 hours.)

To return merchandise:

  1. Log on to http://www.techshopja.com.
  2. 'Sign in' to your account.
  3. On the 'My Account' page, select 'Completed Orders'.
  4. Press the 'Return Item(s)' button.
  5. Select the quantity of each item you would like to return.
  6. Choose a reason, return action and add comments if necessary.
  7. Click 'Submit Return Request'.
  8. Await pickup & re-delivery of item(s)
