Delivery Policies

Turnaround
Ideally, deliveries are made on the day following the receipt & confirmation of payment. There are instances in which same day delivery is available; but this is dependent on
i) The time payment is received
ii) Where the delivery should be made &
iii) The availability of stock.

Considering that all factors are favourable, delivery will be made on the day following, or on the second day after the confirmation of payment. (Please allow a maximum of 72 hours for delivery to be made, Monday - Friday) 

Order Tracking
Once we have delivered your goods to the carrier, your order status will be updated and you will be notified via email.

Delivery Rates
The rate charged for the delivery of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location; and is wholly payable to the carrier. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the total cost of delivery will be, and you will have a chance to cancel your order if you so choose.
If a package is delivered to the specified address and no one is available to sign for it, the carrier will take it back to their office; and you will be required to re-pay the delivery cost to have it delivered again.

Back Orders
If an item goes on back order (and your order facilitates), we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the remaining item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. You also have the option of cancelling the part of your order that is out of stock and requesting reimbursement.

Weight
The weights given are approximated and measured in pounds.
